A: Yes. Our technical team is available to assist you with the initial installation of your equipment once it arrives at our facility. This includes unpacking, physically placing the equipment in the assigned rack space, connecting it to power feeds, and configuring the network connection according to the specifications provided in your colocation agreement.

We can also perform basic hardware checks to ensure all components are securely installed and operational before going live. If requested, our team can coordinate with your remote engineers to carry out initial software or BIOS configurations, network testing, and connectivity verification.

All installation work is performed by experienced data center technicians, following industry best practices to ensure your equipment is set up safely, securely, and in optimal working condition. Additional or advanced configuration services may be available upon request and may be subject to separate fees.
