How to Cancel Automatic Payments via PayPal

If you want to stop recurring payments through PayPal, follow the steps below. The process differs slightly depending on whether you have a Personal or Business PayPal account.

If you are canceling a recurring payment to end a Torchbyte service, make sure you also submit a cancellation request in your Torchbyte account.

For Personal PayPal Accounts

1. Click the Settings icon (gear) in the top right corner of the PayPal page.
2. Select the Payments tab.
3. Click Automatic Payments.
4. Choose the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Scroll down to remove PayPal as your payment method and confirm the change.

For Business PayPal Accounts

1. Click the Settings icon (gear) in the top right corner of the page.
2. From the left-hand menu, select Money, banks and cards.
3. Click Set automatic payments.
4. Select the payment agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
5. Confirm by clicking Cancel Profile.
