We require that all items be packaged in a manner that ensures maximum safety during transport. To avoid damage, we strongly recommend using high-quality shipping boxes, robust internal padding, and protective materials such as foam or anti-static bubble wrap.
Please ensure that all components are securely fastened inside the packaging to prevent movement in transit. Label each package clearly with your company name and the assigned rack/unit number (if provided) to ensure smooth handling upon arrival at our facility.
Once the shipment is received, our team will inspect the equipment for any visible damage before proceeding with installation. We will notify you immediately if any issues are detected.
