Important Before You Cancel
- Data Deletion: Once your service is cancelled, all associated data will be permanently deleted. Restoration of server files is not possible—please back up your data before submitting the cancellation request.
- PayPal Subscriptions: If your service is billed via PayPal, be sure to cancel the subscription through PayPal directly.
- Refund Requests: To request a refund, review our Refund Policy and mention your refund request when submitting your cancellation reason or reply to your existing cancellation request.
How to Cancel Your Service
- Log in to your client account and go to Services → My Services.
- Select the service you wish to cancel.
- In the left sidebar under Actions, click Request Cancellation.
- Fill out any necessary information and submit the cancellation request.
That’s it—your cancellation will be processed shortly.
